Celebrating 35 years of the Friday Night Jamboree

Friday Night Jamboree 35 years

During the weekend of November 14-17 The Floyd Country Store will be commemorating 35 years of The Friday Night Jamboree! The celebration kicks off on Thursday with a screening of the new film Fiddlin‘, continues through the Jamboree, including a brief presentation and many special guests (some who have been coming to the Store since the very first gatherings). Saturday brings afternoon music and a dance with Twin Creeks Stringband and guests, ringing in the 90th birthday of our good friend Rhoda Kemp. Sunday wraps up the weekend with our old time and bluegrass jams. We hope you can join us for our 35th Anniversary!
