If you are not satisfied with your purchase of physical products online or within our store you may return it to us within 30 days of purchasing.
If your purchase arrived damaged or incorrect, or if your product never arrived at all we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please notify us of damage or shortage in your order within one week of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will exchange or refund any purchase of physical goods with the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging, unused and in salable condition.
- The product is not perishable.
- Return shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.
To Return an Item
- Complete the information on the return form (Download Return Form)
- Package the form and items you are returning

- We strongly recommend that the buyer insure the package for return as Floyd Country Store will not be responsible for damage in return shipping.
